My path to becoming a therapist was fueled by a deep curiosity about the mind and a desire to help others.
My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, and understanding. I work with you to find your strengths and help you develop new tools to overcome obstacles. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or just feeling stuck, I'm here to listen and support you.
Each person's path to healing is unique, I tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs. My goal is to empower you to make meaningful changes that lead to a more full-filling life.
I have completed extensive coursework and hands-on training in EMDR, Grief, Mindfulness, DBT, CBT, Trauma informed and Substance Use Disorders. I am continually learning, attending workshops, and staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques to ensure I bring the best of modern therapy to my practice.
